You do not have to march. We hope you will explore here and elsewhere to learn more about alternative cancer treatments. In the same few months that you will “march” to the doctor’s orders, waiting for the next appointment or test results. In fact it could take you three to four weeks just to see a few oncologists to hear about their proposed treatment regimes. Or, you can come and go from Mexico or another out of the country clinic. Out of the country is important, they simply do things the U.S. clinics don’t. Some of the treatments are offered in the US. I’ve had friends 6-8 weeks after their diagnosis in America still waiting to learn their path forward just “marching” to their doctor’s orders, frustrated, impatient and even broken and seen friends go and come back in a month with no evidence of disease.
Consider not “marching” for a year or more with the accompanying anxiety and sickness from treatments. Get well fast and stay well! What’s the downside or risk? No need to wait until conventional treatments have left you mentally and physically debilitated to decide to go, perhaps after it’s too late. I call it my “no regrets” approach to life. You can, of course always revert to marching, with no regrets! None of this is an indictment of our trusted doctors, but they aren’t trained in the alternative methods.
